Start Up – FY18 Annual Report

Bristol Bay Native Corporation

Bristol Bay Native Corporation celebrated its 45th anniversary in 2017. Faced with the challenge of providing a narrative that celebrates this milestone but didn’t feel set in the past, we developed a theme based on the idea that BBNC operates much like a start-up. Since the early days BBNC has operated with the characteristics of a start–up company. Traits like innovation, culture, courage, vision and integrity – they are still hard at work today as a driving factor of BBNC's success.

This Annual report features custom photography by Nick Hall. It also features a companion website to provide even more history and context through an enriched online experience. The components paint a compelling picture of the people of the Bristol Bay region, their connection to salmon and respect for the land – all hallmarks of BBNC’s success.

BBNC digital Report Component

Designed for all screens the online report extends the narrative of the print report. We added rich media – video, audio, slideshows, links and downloads to inform the visitor and to connect them with new engaging content.
