I lead a team of designers dedicated to creating a world-class setup and configuration experience for Sonos products. We operate at the intersection of software, hardware, and advanced tech, including AI, across various product categories. Additionally, I oversee Hardware UX for our home audio products, with a focus on Home Theater design and integration.

Led and directed a team of designers in creating websites focused on lead generation and eCommerce for a portfolio of world-class clients. Involved in all aspects of the design process, from discovery and requirements development to information architecture, wireframing, prototype testing, visual design, and final delivery.

I established a brand and creative strategy practice for the parent company, Strategies 360. Our services include brand strategy, graphic and visual design, digital marketing, web and product design, UX, testing, and research. Over the course of five years, I successfully grew the team from four to nearly 40 members. The Hilt dives deep, using strategic insight and research to inform our creative process. This approach allows clients to prioritize the 'why' before the 'what,' enabling us to align with strategy and deliver story-driven creative, campaigns, and digital products.

At Pyramid I lead the creative team including designers, UX design and front end developers. Managing the day-to-day, I was responsible for the quality of our deliverables, the team and financials. I provided design and art direction on campaigns, brand development, collateral materials and websites in collaboration with strategists and editorial directors.

Responsible for developing brands through visual identity, packaging and marketing materials for companies such as Chef'n, Davinci Gourmet, SnapWare, Oregon Chai and more. Designed and developed websites and other collateral and marketing materials. Developed products and brands for the Hydrologie bath brand including product sketches, solid works prototypes, packaging and marketing materials. Advanced from graphic design intern to art director in my tenure.
